Services are provided by independent artisans within our network. Lush Fox acts as an intermediary and facilitator.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on Lush Fox's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Lush Fox at any time.

Custom Commissions

Custom work pricing and timelines are estimates subject to artisan availability and project specifications. Final pricing will be confirmed through consultation. Changes to project scope may affect pricing and timelines.

Workshops and Classes

Workshop bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation policies will be communicated upon booking. Materials are included unless otherwise specified.

Market Vendor Partnerships

Vendor applications are subject to review and approval. Partnership terms, including fees and market schedules, will be provided upon application acceptance.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on this website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing for custom work will be confirmed before commencement.

Payment terms vary by service type and will be communicated during the consultation or booking process.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lush Fox or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Work created by artisans remains the intellectual property of the creating artisan. Custom commissioned pieces become the property of the client upon full payment, but the artisan retains rights to their design techniques and methods.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the website in any way that:

• Violates any applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation
• Transmits any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Impersonates or attempts to impersonate Lush Fox, an artisan, or any other person or entity

The materials and services on Lush Fox's website are provided on an "as is" basis.
